Steps to make cold pressed orange juice
- Juicing can be done through several processes. There is one traditional method and one commercial method. In traditional methods people use their hands and all the homemade materials. Cold pressed juices are beneficial for health. First step is to wash the oranges with water thoroughly. If you want it cold then you can refrigerate the whole fruits for a few hours.
- Peel off the peels of the oranges properly. Don’t take out the white layers and pith from the oranges. Take them out and chill them for 20 to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
